Ingredients: rose hips fresh, elderberry fresh berries, certified food grade ethanol, cereal origin (47% Alcohol by Volume), vegetable glycerin of food-grade -0.4%, filtered spring water, cinnamon, cloves (Syzygium aromaticum).

Extraction ratio – herb / menstruum 1: 1.5

One dose of 5 ml (1 teaspoon) extract is equivalent to 3.0 g rose hips and 0.5 g elderberry.

Amount per daily serving: 5 ml

Direction for use: For adults, mix 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of tincture in a glass of water and shake before use.  Drink 1-3 servings a day.

Storage: Keep the bottle capped at all times and store it in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Keep away from children.
