There is no machine that is “the best” to build muscle. What is better is the intensity of the workout and the repetitions you do. So, what I do is I spend at least an hour at the gym, and I use different machines to do different exercises. For example: Training Wall, Cardio Equipment, Gym Cycle, Treadmills, Stationary bike, etc.
Gyms are not just for the people who live in the city. Now a days you could find a gym almost anywhere. Be it a small town or a small village, you could easily find a gym.
